Dean is paler than Cas. Dean has brown hair instead of blond. Cas has brown hair instead of black. Cas actually has the skinny runners body he really has. Dean isn’t all bulky and muscle bound.

In my headcanon Dean and Cas have a lot of trouble adjusting to sleeping together when Cas turns human or whatever. Every morning they wake up sore because non of them is used to the contact, but somehow always end up clinging to each other in the oddest of poses during the night.
